Newsletter Editorial Team – July 2017

Dear Members and Friends

Here we are, halfway through the year with a good number of events under our belt, helping to raise funds for our Group.

We would like to thank all those people who have helped; organise and supported these events and have been involved in any way in helping to raise funds.

Our Secretary, Marion Lawrence has decided to retire after given 11 years of dedicated service to the Group.  We shall all miss her very much as well as her expertise in fundraising from the Annual Bazaar to the Easter Stall at the Harbour.  We all owe her a huge debt of gratitude and her shoes will be very hard to fill.  (see our Notice for details about how to apply for the job of Secretary)

With regard to forthcoming events, please see the Events page and information on our FB is updated on a regular basis.

We are also looking to improve the format of our Newsletter by increasing the number of pages but reducing the size to A5,without reducing the print size.  We are looking for Sponsors please.

If you would like to become a Member of the CPSG, please contact any Committee Member or visit our Contact us page.

Don’t forget to listen out for our John Thorley (Publicity and Events Member) on  the Jason Collins Rock FM Radio Show every Friday after at 2pm

Best wishes from your Editorial Team
